For the last couple of weeks, I keep thinking that Tuesday/Wednesday is really Thursday. Not sure why, except for maybe the wishful thinking that the weekend was closer. =P
I'm still in the process of getting the pre-approval to register for my licensing exam. I'm a bit frustrated that the Board hasn't gotten my transcript yet, even though school said they mailed it out a month ago. =? To remedy this, I took my former classmate's advice (an intern at my work) to have it mailed to myself, then send it to the Board by certified mail. What a pain! The whole process makes me anxious because it's a lot of waiting and planning out the timing for everything. I just hope I can get it to them in time so I can still schedule to take my exam in the beginning of March.
My days became longer again, now that I commute with The Hubby on almost a daily basis. It's rough, but now I'm actually being more productive. I joined the gym near work (finally), so I alternate between weight training and swimming. I'm sore, but it feels pretty good. It's better than me spending those extra hours sneaking junk food because I'm bored, or spending money I really shouldn't. =? I hope that the exercise will help decrease my constant fatigue and my anxiety about stuff going on.
The Hubby and I are in the process of spring cleaning. It's rough because we're both packrats, but we're getting there. Our plans also include partial renovations in our bathrooms. Maybe by the end of the month. Anyone done bath fitting? We were thinking of that as an option. The in-laws did it, and it came out nice.
I have pictures of food, but it's late. I don't want to make anyone too hungry so late. =P

Once the sun came out, I started to feel much better. Well, that, and the verbal rant to my counselor about what's been going on for the past couple of weeks. =P
The Hubby's been pretty supportive through my funky mood swings, of which I'm grateful. As a treat, tonight will all be about the comfort foods: breakfast for dinner! The Hubby even said I could buy some ice cream and we now have Starbucks mocha frapps in the house! *hops around in excitement* Lots of chocolate-flavored things in the house make me very giddy. =D
Though I already went grocery shopping, I still have to get a few things to buy at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I think I should do that now.

Woke up with a dizzy-headache. Still kinda have it, so I'm not feeling up to doing much of anything. However, stuff must be done. Kitchen's a mess, my dresser's a mess (again), we need food, need to work on take home midterm, and I have an appointment.
*sigh* I wish the rain would stop. Really puts a damper on my mood. Blech. Is it Saturday night yet?

Last couple of days have been busy with work and trying to get back in shape. I finally went to the gym yesterday morning. Yay! I used a machine that mimicked roller-blading motions, and did some weights to work my arms. I got lost driving to work from there. Only me. I get lost everywhere. *L*
The kids seemed really hyper to me this week. Maybe it's because I haven't seen them in a while. Or perhaps it's because they felt anxious about restarting school. In any case, a few rounds of freeze dance, dodgeball, and tag helped calm them down. Taking them to a buffet place for activity today also seemed to help. Gotta love the job where you get paid to play around like a big kid and eat out for free. =D
After work, I went grocery shopping at Costco and ran into one of my old high school teachers. We chatted up a bit, and went our separate ways. It was strange to see her after so many years. Big blast from the past.
Ugh. It's late. I should do some things before bed. Maybe a load of laundry.
G'night!

We got back late Saturday night, and today's the first day I have some time to myself. I plan to post some stuff about the nostalgic trip, but I don't have pics to go with them right now. Therefore, the post will have to wait until Wednesday.
Not doing too much during the day today, except the usual errands and housechores. I have an appointment to get my bangs trimmed later today, a recommendation from The Hubby after they kept poking me in the eyes during the trip. *rolls eyes* The Hubby and I will be going up to JC for a family dinner tonight, picking up some yummy Malaysian food on the way. =P
I've gotten a lot of personal calls today from friends and family, making me feel very happy and less lonely. =)

Just had lunch. Mmmm...chili-flavored ramen noodles. I haven't had ramen noodles for so long. It's not the healthiest thing to eat, but I don't care. If I could, I'd probably eat ramen noodles for lunch every day. =P
Watching DS9 on SpikeTV, while trying to figure out what household chore to tackle next. I'm thinking I'll do another load of laundry, prep the salmon to marinate for dinner, and clear out the living room. Maybe I'll start putting the winter clothes away too.
My goal is to finish my chores before 3pm today, so I can have a mini-spa afternoon before the Hubby gets home. I think I deserve it. I believe I did pretty well on my midterm, my supervisors at work think I'm a great asset and want to increase my hours for the summer, and I found out I could possibly finish school a semester early! I can't wait!
