I can't view my f-lists. The error message says that it's either my coding or the database is busy. Grr. I don't feel like staring at codes right now. >=(

Update: LJ's messing with me. It's fine now. Not sure how it'll be later, but I think I'll lay off the site for the rest of the afternoon. Deni, you're right. LJ's really showing me who's boss today! *rolls eyes*

I tried to figure out why my Friends Page was acting funny last night. I thought I was missing some code in my more recent layouts because the page would still stay the same. Henceforth, I decided to switch around between my most recent layouts to my older layouts. The old layouts seemed okay. When I switched back to the last 2 I created, the page changed, and now it's working fine. *scratches head* I guess it was a computer glitch or something. I'll have to look at it again later, to be sure it's working all right. If not, I'll have to ask for some coding help.

Whenever I sign on, I click on the like to go to my Friends Page. It shows me all of my friends (comms, friends, feeds, etc.), though with the most recent date being 1/26. I thought it was just how I coded that section, but since I changed my layout, the page hasn't changed. It still has the old layout, with the top entry being the same one for the past week. *scratches head*

I'm going to have to look through the help sections and comms to figure out this problem.

I decided to play around with my theme layer to go with the up and coming LOVE theme surrounding February. I still have to tinker around with some color coding, but I think I have it pretty much the way I want.

Ooh, and to celebrate the new year, I decided to post with a new layout. I like it. It's shiny and pretty. =P

After talking about it forever, I finally changed my theme layout. Though there's less than 2 months left in autumn, the colors are good for me to use it through Christmas. I'll just need to change the banner and icon.

I'm still figuring out some new coding, but I pretty much have it the way I want. =)

I finally finished my banner and two fall icons for my theme layer. I just have to get around to fixing the code for the layout. Maybe tonight.

The electrical and plumbing inspectors finally came to give the "thumbs up" on our new water heater. It took all of 5 minutes to inspect. We can finally put the closet door back in place, and not have the laundry detergent in the kitchen. =)

I'm thinking about baking something tonight, but I guess it depends on what other stuff I get done today.

It's hot in the living room today. It could also be because I have my comp in my lap, with the fan blowing all the hot air onto my leg. =P It's probably cooler outside.

I should go do something productive now, though I think I'll finish watching SPN to free up DVR space first.

I woke up this morning with fresh eyes. I have a fantastic idea for the banner I wanted to create for that quote! All I need to do is go outside and get the perfect inspiration of a picture, maybe tomorrow. It's yucky out today. The icon's looking kind of cool, but I'm not sure if I'll use it yet.

In other news, I'm tempted to bake another batch of cookies, but I probably don't have time. I have to run a few errands before I go to the gym and then I meet Liza later. I'm feeling really good today. I think it's going to be the start of a good weekend. =)

I've been trying to work on a new LJ layout for months, but I can't seem to get the creative juices flowing enough to sit down and do it. I have an idea for a banner, inspired by one of the quotes in blackbirdshaq's journal, but I couldn't get to it today like I hoped. I started working on an icon though. At least it's something.

I fell back on the cheap version of my creativity by baking cookies (chocolate chip and orange crisp)for The Hubby's birthday this weekend. He was happy, OD'ed by sugar.

Ugh. I hate it when I have an idea for something, but the execution escapes me.

I've been meaning to change my layout for quite some time, but I've just been too lazy to do some coding. =? Therefore, in lieu of creating a really nice one, I've decided to go with a generic layout provided by ol' LJ here. If you didn't already notice, it was inspired by my stomach and my love of raw fishes and rice. =P

A nice, huge cup of beef Ramen quelled my cravings. =D
